When Tyranny Becomes Law, Rebellion Becomes Duty: The Story of Dr. Kirk Moore
Dr. Michael Kirk Moore is not a criminal. He’s a father, a former Navy Flight Surgeon, and a 59-year-old Utah physician who lived by the oath, “First, do no harm.” Yet for defending that oath during the most tyrannical public health era in modern American history, he was vilified, prosecuted, and nearly imprisoned for 35 years.
His “crime”? Honoring informed consent and bodily autonomy during the COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

When desperate parents sought help protecting their children from an experimental shot they didn’t trust—but were forced to accept and comply with for school, travel, sports, or medical procedures—Dr. Moore responded ethically. With full parental consent, he wasted the government-supplied COVID vaccine and administered only saline, offering a harmless alternative in the face of unconstitutional coercion. Each child left believing they were vaccinated, able to participate in society under public health tyranny, but without being injected with an EUA experimental mRNA technology injection that did not even meet previous criteria to be called, what is was touted to be; a vaccine.
He never charged for these actions. He made house calls. He treated people in need. He stood up when most physicians were too afraid to speak. People were afraid. Those that are supposedly looking out for the good of the American people, our public health authorities, only told the people to stay cowering in their home, and stay away from people, and wear a mask until the vaccine comes out. Thank goodness! For physicians around the country who are brave enough to use their intellectual knowledge to find solutions for a respiratory infection called COVID-19. Most physicians had a general idea how to care for respiratory infections. Wouldn’t the American people expect the American physicians to come to their aid?
But for these compassionate acts, Dr. Moore was raided, arrested, jailed for 22 days, stripped of his board certification, and relentlessly prosecuted by the Biden/Harris administration and their federal enforcers. His life was shattered—professionally, financially, and personally—all for protecting the vulnerable and standing on principle.
Dr. Moore didn’t break the law. He exposed its corruption.
The federal case was riddled with misconduct: jurisdictional flaws, procedural violations, and even suppressed evidence. Yet he remained unwavering in court. And then, on July 12, 2025—just five days into trial—Attorney General Pam Bondi dropped all charges. She credited Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene and Senator Mike Lee for helping bring attention to this blatant abuse of power. Their advocacy helped turn the tide.
But Dr. Moore’s fight is not over.
He has endured years of legal battles.
He’s lost wages, medical privileges, and his license.
